​How Do I Place An Order?

What if I don't see exactly what I want?

 

No problem! If you don't see exactly what you are looking for, please email  muditamalas@gmail.com to have something uniquely suited to you created just for you! Mudita Malas is happy to create the perfect Mala, Mini Mala, bracelet stack, etc., just right for you! If you know gemstones, colors, or healing qualities, we will start there and create your vision together. 

Payment and Shipping

 

Mudita Malas accepts online payments only. Our shipping is flat rate through USPS. Currently Mudita Malas only ships within the USA. 

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to any orders shipped within Arizona. Sales tax is not charged on orders being shipped outside of Arizona.

Your buisness and privacy are important to Mudita Malas. For this reason, PayPal and Wix payments are our ways to pay. We have  a full SSL secure payment support. Therefore, your customer information is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. In addition, Mudita Malas only works with payment gateways that offer the highest level of protection. This means they all have PCI DSS Level 1 protection.

Privacy Policy

Mudita Malas is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information from you for purposes of identification and only if you voluntarily submit it to us. We use that information to process your order. We will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, or email address. We use email to communicate with you about your order and possibly to let you know about new products or other news regarding Mudita Malas. 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

If you are not thrilled with your recently purchased jewelry, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within two weeks from the time your order was received. We accept returns for a full refund (less shipping) to the original form of payment. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and with cards attached.

To return an item, please email us at muditamalas@gmail.com with “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” in the subject line. This just lets Mudita Malas know to be expecting a return.  Please ship your return with an insured courier in a padded envelope or box; Mudita Malas is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your return has been received and processed. Please note that, while refunds are processed promptly, it may take up to 2 weeks for funds to settle in your account.

Custom-designed pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Repairs & Restringing

Mudita Malas offers one complementary repair on all jewelry purchased within one year. After one year, we will gladly repair your Mudita Mala for a small fee (Malas: $20, Bracelets: $10 ea). 

If one of your Mudita Malas requires a repair, please email muditamalas@gmail.com with “REPAIR” in the subject line. We ask that you ship all jewelry with an insured courier in a padded envelope or box; Mudita Malas is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

We honor the idea that the breakage of a mala means you have completed a cycle in your life. The energy of that stone, that mantra, that particular mala is no longer necessary.
